






A custom created event for @limitlestravel at the Museum of Pre-Columbian Art! This event was so special to us because we invited our dear friends, Julio and Walter, of the Harakmbut ethnic group from the Amazon.
Tiradito is a Peruvian dish of raw fish, cut in the shape of sashimi and served in a spicy sauce. It reflects the influence of Japanese immigrants on Peruvian cuisine. For a recent custom event, our Tiradito course was Thin Layers of Andean Trout, Rocoto and Sachatomate Fruit Sauce with Avocado-Huacatay Puree and Crunchy Quinoa. It showcased so many local ingredients and was delicious!
Anyone who knows Daniel and I know that we are 100% mountain people! However, when we do venture into the big city (Lima 😂), these are a few of our favorite things - gorgeous flowers, art museums, the Pacific, ceviche and the legit bagels we discovered at Belmond Miraflores Park hotel! ♥️
When we met with our entertainment vendor to create this custom show for a very important client, we picked and choosed elements from various performances that we wanted to incorporate. The final show for our guests was absolutely incredible. We love creating unique experiences for our guests!
Our guests enjoying the locals at Palccoyo on their final tour with us! This 9-Day custom expedition had been in the works for well over 2 years because it was originally scheduled to be operated in 2020. We are so happy they were finally able to visit our beautiful country!
