Tiradito is a Peruvian dish of raw fish, cut in the shape of sashimi and served in a spicy sauce. It reflects the influence of Japanese immigrants on Peruvian cuisine. For a recent custom event, our Tiradito course was Thin Layers of Andean Trout, Rocoto and Sachatomate Fruit Sauce with Avocado-Huacatay Puree and Crunchy Quinoa. It showcased so many local ingredients and was delicious!
Anyone who knows Daniel and I know that we are 100% mountain people! However, when we do venture into the big city (Lima 😂), these are a few of our favorite things - gorgeous flowers, art museums, the Pacific, ceviche and the legit bagels we discovered at Belmond Miraflores Park hotel! ♥️
When we met with our entertainment vendor to create this custom show for a very important client, we picked and choosed elements from various performances that we wanted to incorporate. The final show for our guests was absolutely incredible. We love creating unique experiences for our guests!
Our guests enjoying the locals at Palccoyo on their final tour with us! This 9-Day custom expedition had been in the works for well over 2 years because it was originally scheduled to be operated in 2020. We are so happy they were finally able to visit our beautiful country!
Happy Father's Day to Daniel, who is the most amazing father to our free spirited daughter!
I cannot believe that after months of planning and operating the most epic 9-Day custom created itinerary that LimitLes Peru 2022 is over! Huge thank you to @lesleyannemurphy who always puts her trust in Daniel and I to operate her special @limitlestravel groups - even if our itineraries are only truly fit for people who do not value sleep 🤣. Thank you to @emilyannegram for always having the most positive attitude no matter what challenges occur and for @drone.pilot for the best laughs and for keeping Daniel entertained. Thank you to all of our wonderful vendor partners - especially @belmond and @delfinamazoncruises. Thank you for the incredible girls that sign-up for these amazing life-changing trips and last, but definitely not least, thank you to our fabulous Peru Eco Expeditions team who held down the fort so that both Daniel and I could be present for LimitLes! In Hawai'i we would say A Hui Hou!! ♥️
